Intensive Tracking Program
Program Highlights
• Provides a check-in system of juveniles who are currently on supervision with Winona County Department of Corrections
• Check-ins include face-to-face visits and phone calls
• Four level system, from most restrictive to less restrictive as youth are successful
• Staff are trained to administer Urinary Analysis and Breath Tests
• Program staff cover weekends and holidays, and are also available to cover home visits for those youth in out-of-home placements
• Goal of the program is to avoid more restrictive placement; youth are generally court ordered
